"Ukip MP Mark Reckless and Cllr Chris Irvine face court action if they don't pay the Rochester and Strood Conservatives" (http://www.kentonline.co.uk/medway/news/the-conservatives-in-strood-and-28772/). Cause of action? Speculations on a postcard, perhaps?
